The story revolves around how she learns about her husband's betrayal and separates from him, look up for a job. She gets Vikram Ahuja (Apurva Agnihotri) who is a cold-hearted person and hates women as her boss. Despite all these, Shobha sets out on a new journey where she finds a good friend in her boss.
